Conclusion,

Ensuring an early screening and management of a preventative tool for HIV/AIDs co-infection and curbing increased susceptibility to other STDs.

Lab- personnel thoroughly analyze the wet urine mounts for rare cases of Trich that go undiagnosed.

Promotion of PHC goal “Health for all”.

Primary intervention strategies rather than Secondary and Tertiary approaches should be emphasized, the later are costly to Uganda where access to better health care is limited for low-income earning communities like Kalisizo, Rakai District.

Acknowledgment; This research was made possible from the savings made on the scholarship funding from Unbound (Patsy M. Cifreo), Baylor-Uganda (SAINTS Project), and Dr. Chelsea B. Polis.
